Carrie Underwood and Family Safe Following Fire at Tennessee Residence

Carrie Underwood and her family emerged safely after their Tennessee home was involved in a fire incident over the weekend.

Brad Cafarelli, a representative for Ms. Underwood, informed The Epoch Times via email that the fire occurred on Sunday night at the singer’s property in Williamson County but was quickly controlled. Ms. Underwood, 41, was at home with her husband, retired hockey player Mike Fisher, 44, and their two children, Isaiah Michael, 9, and Jacob Bryan, 5, when the fire started. The family and their pets were unharmed, and there was no damage to their main residence.

Dinah Wade, a public information officer for Williamson County Fire and Rescue, detailed that the fire department was alerted to an alarm at a residence in Leiper’s Fork, approximately 30 miles southwest of Nashville, at 9:42 p.m. on June 16. The situation escalated to a structure fire, prompting responses from several local fire stations and support services.

Upon arrival, the first responders saw flames emanating from the garage. Crews managed to prevent the fire from spreading further by utilizing a 10,000-gallon water reservoir on the property, a pre-planned measure that proved crucial for quickly dousing the flames. The fire reportedly started from an off-road UTV vehicle parked adjacent to the garage.

During this emergency, other local fire departments provided assistance, ensuring comprehensive coverage in the region.
